Greg Ward has over 25 years of global management experience with Fortune 500 and Middle Market firms. He leverages his significant experience to help growth-minded executives transform and scale their businesses. His expertise includes multi-site operations, product and services marketing, third-party logistics (3PL) management, supply chain management, and people development. Greg’s industry experience includes multi-site franchise operations (retail/QSR), B2C fuels marketing, consumer packaged goods (CPG), petrochemicals (polymers), for-profit education, men’s grooming (retail products and barbershops) and management consulting.
Greg previously provided leadership for Shell’s U.S. retail business during its transition to an “asset-light” franchisor model. He led the polymers supply chain and customer operations for ExxonMobil Chemical in the Americas and Asia Pacific region, achieving recognition for operational excellence. As interim President for a division of GL Nobel Denton, he led a successful turnaround within six months of assuming the position. Greg was recently co-owner and COO of Texas Barber Colleges, the largest multi-site barber college system in the U.S. He earned a BBA in Business Administration from Jackson State University, an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, and received an executive education at UNC Chapel Hill and INSEAD (Fontainebleau, France). He is a licensed Class A Barber.
