Tim has over 35 years of domestic and international experience with PepsiCo, McDonald’s Corporation and Booz & Co. and possesses deep experience in marketing strategy, operations, franchise executive team leadership, human resources planning and margin re-engineering.
Previously, Tim served as President & CEO of Pollo Campero USA, International President and Chief Concept Officer of Mimi’s Café and CEO of Shakey’s USA. Tim holds a Certificate, Board of Directors Education and Certification Program from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, an MBA, Marketing and Finance from the UCLA Graduate School of Management, and a B.S. in Food Science and Technology from the University of California.
