With an accomplished 25-year career in restaurant operations working across multiple corporate Fortune 500 brands, Jim brings vital expertise and a vast knowledge base to this field. Over the span of his career, Jim has developed significant experience with in-house delivery programs, restaurant openings, developing leaders, inspiring and driving goals and objectives, and stimulating top line sales.
Jim began his illustrious career with Pizza Hut while in college where his dedication and work ethic propelled him to be continually promoted through the ranks to Area Manager. He then joined Papa John’s as an Operating Partner for upstate, New York, leading 25 locations.
In 2001, he joined Panera Bread as a Joint Venture Partner opening 17 stores in New York, Connecticut, and Vermont before moving on to Chipotle Mexican Grill as a Team Leader in 2009, opening over 20 new stores in New York and Connecticut.
From there, Jim joined Dunkin Donuts overseeing 50 restaurants in New York, and Massachusetts, and continued his upward mobility to an emerging burger concept, Larkburger, with the potential of national expansion.
Solidified as a thought leader in his field, Jim joined Marco’s Pizza as the Vice President of Operations, opening 30 new locations.
Jim attended The College of Saint Rose in Albany, New York, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA).
